Truth is now a rare commodity these days and many out there willingly ignore it, can’t be bothered to research it, refuse to connect the dots or are way too emotionally unstable and thin skinned to embrace it.
That’s because Truth forces people to live in the real world, take self responsibility and co-exist with productive civic minded people who build communities instead of tearing them down.
It’s unrealistic to expect everybody to agree with my truths as we all have been exposed to and possess different educations, role models, learned values, passions, work ethics, drives, desires, adversities, upbringings and keep our bodies and minds honed to different standards.
But I do absolutely stand behind the truths I share with you regardless if you love them or hate them.
As long as they stimulate your thoughts to take action to advance your life in some positive manner, I am satisfied.

Let’s Roll Out More Truths
71 You can’t improve and still remain the same person.
Growth means change.
Understand that you may outgrow your friends, lovers and socio economic standing with self improvement.
But if you and your circumstances aren’t positively changing – You aren’t improving!
72 The line between being bold and foolhardy can be astonishingly thin.
73 You will never find happiness with somebody who is fundamentally unhappy themselves.
Many well meaning people eternally frustrate and stress themselves chasing after the unhappy and miserable in life.
74 Poor health, an unfit body and a weak character are all incredible dream killers in life.
75 Understand that there will always be rotten, evil people in this world.
Maybe their parents dropped the ball in their upbringing. Who knows?
Or perhaps God just makes shitty people to keep the world on its toes.
That’s it for now
Now get angry at your own mediocrity and complacency, take some action and charge into this wonderful world and go get shit done.

I’m a physical culturist who enjoys being a student in life while seeking out those with greater skill and knowledge to learn from in all of life’s important and worthwhile pursuits as I chase results and success.
I view failure and adversity as tools to improve and hone myself into the best version of myself I can be without losing my playful nature.
I’m not the strongest, richest, smartest, fastest, most politically correct or best looking man you will find on this planet, but I am damn sure one of the most capable and driven people you will ever meet.
My goals are to age in a powerfully capable manner, maintain a pleasing body composition , move in full ranges of pain free bliss, maintain a high level of financial independence and never let my health lapse.
No apologies – No regrets. Now go get shit done!
