The absolute worst person you can lie to is yourself.
Examine the truths you hold dear in your life and dare to challenge them every now and then.
Especially if those truths are holding you back and frustrating you financially, in your career, in relationships, with your fitness/health and with those dreams and goals that just never seem to materialize for you.
I present to you my truths five at a time in this ongoing, easily digestible series that have served me well.
If my truths resonate with you on some intellectual or instinctual level – great. Apply them, embrace them and use them to advance your quality of life.
If they don’t – that’s fine too as we are all presumably adults and can disagree while still engaging in civil discourse.

I’m a physical culturist who enjoys being a student in life while seeking out those with greater skill and knowledge to learn from as I chase results, success and maximum life quality.
I share, write about, demonstrate and actively practice methods and philosophies that allow me to stay strong, happy, financially secure, lean, move well and pain-free, keep fat off, remain powerfully confident and live a high quality healthy life without boring the hell out of me or wasting my precious time.
I am not everybody’s cup of tea and I don’t pretend to be everything to everybody as that is a loser’s game.
