My methods are all about identifying the best exercises to perform that yield maximum fitness results without wasting needless hours in the gym.
Chasing never ending variety, thoughtless movement programming and just killing time performing low value over hyped exercises just doesn’t make sense to me.
However, if you are a full blown gym culture junkie wallowing away endless hours daily at your local fitness center equating long hours exercising with great results – You probably won’t grasp the value of my methods.
And that’s ok – we all value different things in life and hopefully gravitate toward those methods that give us the greatest results in exchange for the precious time we are willing to allocate to them.
I design training methods that expend the least amount of time layering and performing the most ideal exercises to reap the most fitness rewards – then get on with my life to enjoy a powerful existence.
Combining productively effective and well thought out exercises into sustainable rounds of work is one of the best ways to tighten up your body, build lean muscle, shore up your core and dare I say add some excitement to your training.

If you are a beginner, please learn good form from a qualified instructor before attempting this workout especially when using kettlebells.
This type of training is super productive and fun to do with friends, but you can do it by yourself with the same great results.
Why Is This Type Of Training So Effective?
It’s a true total body workout that charges up your metabolism to burn calories for hours after the workout.
You will bank a lot of quality fitness in a short amount of time without feeling destroyed.
It really powerfully challenges your body on many instinctually fundamental levels – getting up and down from the ground, pushing, pulling and carrying those kettlebells around via farmers walks!
Experiment with the reps, rest periods between rounds and load – keeping the challenge and intensity levels in line with your fitness level and don’t overdo it.
Don’t do what’s popular or merely time consuming – do what works. Results will follow!
