And you don’t need to do marathon sessions of balance exercises to see great benefits.
If I see an opportunity, I will just spend a few minutes to perform a balance exercise just to stay connected to the movements and move on. But the key is to practice often to let your body absorb those beneficial patterns.
So don’t overlook those opportunities to practice those balance exercises – It’s just another way to reclaim the mobility of our youth and become a powerful master of your life.
