Performance Tips
Perform these drills barefoot or in socks as most footwear will be too clunky and detract from the rhythm and smooth execution of these moves
Sit upright and try to keep hands under your shoulders
Keep legs straight with your hamstrings maintaining contact with the ground throughout the movements
Doing those interior and exterior foot circles smoothly will challenge some people. Focus on leading with your big toe when doing your circles – the rest of your foot will follow.
Do enough repetitions to get tension free and loose achieving greater ranges of motion. Try at least ten reps to start, but don’t feel you need to turn it into a marathon session.
Don’t hold your breath – always focus on breathing during these exercises
Give this foot mobility exercise a try to really fire up your fitness motivation and accelerate you to your worthy fitness goals.
