A highly productive training session does not need to be frustratingly complicated, boring or time consuming.
Crazed “fitness” adrenaline junkies and irresponsible supplement slobs all hysterically tell me I need to do marathon 2 hour gym sessions to get fit.
No thanks – destroying my body with endless, mindless exercises rallying around the ridiculous No Pain No Gain credo of dysfunctional training is a losers game.
I perform the minimum doses of exercise that will produce the most powerful fitness results in a sustainable manner.
I rest, I actively recover, I eat like a sane adult, I live life robustly and repeat.
My workouts usually take about 20 minutes or less to perform. If I am really time crunched, 10 minutes will do.
It’s all about how well you program a training session, not about how long , daring or “cool” you deem your workout to be.
It’s those simple to learn, but highly challenging workouts that will really drive you to your fitness goals and prepare you for living a powerful life of rugged capability on this planet.
