Remember that productive mental toughness, discipline and practicing good habits consistently are what drives all of your accomplishments and sense of well-being both physically and spiritually.
Here is a list of what mentally strong and successful people do:
1) They move on. They don’t waste time feeling sorry for themselves.
They don’t see themselves as eternal victims to what life will constantly throw at them. These folks don’t plan pity parties for themselves or waste time attending them.
2) They embrace change. They welcome challenges.
“If you are not changing, you are dying” is an old saying that rings true. Mentally strong and successful people are not afraid to get out of their comfort zones to change, grow and overcome challenges to advance their situation and quality of life.
3) They stay happy. They don’t waste energy on things they can’t control.
You will only be as happy as you make up your mind to be. If you can’t control it, don’t worry and obsess about it. The world has enough unhappy and unsuccessful pillars of misery in it – dare to be different and embrace a quality life path!
4) They are kind, fair and unafraid to speak up.
Being kind and positive does not mean you are some kind of “pushover.” Don’t let people unload and project their misery, insecurities and bullshit on you!
5) They are decisive.
Make decisions, stand for something and don’t allow your values to drift whichever way the wind blows!
6) They are willing to take calculated risks and action.
Action ties all that wonderful mental energy together and will fuel your quality of life and outlook. “Wishing” and “Hoping” things will happen never got anybody anywhere! Take action – take it now for a better life!
7) They celebrate other people’s success. They don’t resent that success.
Don’t be like most flawed people out there and rain on the parades of others and be negative and jealous for their life victories.

Successful people adopt and practice these principles faithfully and consistently.
I consciously practice these principles daily. In fact, I hang this list where I can always see it. This list has a prime spot on my refrigerator that is stocked with healthy foods (mostly).
Am I perfect with these qualities? Nope, but I sure work my ass off trying to come close! And that’s all we can be expected to do as perfection will never be attained in any human endeavor!
Your success in life ultimately comes from within and the perspective you freely choose to view the world and reality around you.
There is no one on this planet to stop you from embracing and practicing these qualities necessary for a strong and successful well-being – except you!
So change your inward beliefs and I guarantee your outward circumstances will reflect positive, productive and successful outcomes!
